Individual sessions use systemic constellations (part of family constellations) to strengthen your ability to use your mind, heart, body and intuition as resources in working with challenges and changes in your life.

An individual session is generally an hour to one and a half hours long.

I am a graduate of the Family Constellations Africa facilitator training and have 17 years experience in adult learning in the personal growth and relationship building field. Within that is 9 years experience in facilitating Emotional Intelligence work. I specialise in using creative, interactive, experiential methodologies in all my work.

I live and work in Cape Town, South Africa, and have been involved with personal growth, diversity and relationship building work for the past 17 years. I have designed and facilitated workshops in non-governmental, corporate, educational and personal growth contexts.
Some of the other bodies of knowledge that have infused my learning journey have included educational drama and theatre for social activism, ceremony and teaching from indigenous cultures, dialogue and circle work, thinking partnerships and process work.

All of these as well as my travel experiences and everyday life in a vibrant, changing, recently democratic South Africa have served to help me sit with the paradox of the power, magic and fragility of being a human being at this time.
